3.1. The Site provides information about the Association, makes it possible to consult articles written by the think tank and allows the User to be put in contact with the Association by e-mail by clicking on the “Send us an e-mail” button. email »
3.2. The “Blog” button located on the menu at the top of the page links to the Association’s blog where articles from the think tank are published.
Article 4. Obligations and rights of the Association
4.1. The Association implements its best means to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information present on the Site.
4.2. The Association uses its best means to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Site. It cannot be held responsible for any unavailability of the latter.
4.3. The Site contains hyperlinks leading to third-party websites. The Association declines all responsibility in the event of the occurrence of damage caused during the visit to these sites.
Article 5. Intellectual property
5.1. All images, written, audio and video content posted on the Site are the intellectual property of the Association. It reserves the exclusive rights to use, distribute and reproduce them: any use by a third party must be consented to by it.
Article 6. Obligations and rights of the User
6.1. The User undertakes to make normal use of the Site, taking the form of:
- Use for advisory purposes and to contact the Association via the means provided for this purpose.
- Viewing think tank articles and writing comments under them.

7.1. The Association allows Users to post comments under blog posts.
7.2. The Association declines all responsibility for the content posted by Users in this space.

7.4. The Association reserves the right to remove any comment that is inappropriate, offensive or contravenes the intellectual property of others.
Section 8. Changes
8.1. The Association reserves the right to modify these general conditions of use at any time and for any useful purpose. In the event of modification of the present, it undertakes to notify the Users and collect their acceptance again.
Article 9. Acceptance
9.1. The User is deemed to have read these general terms and conditions of use by ticking, when first using the Site, a box accompanied by a declaration of acceptance, accompanied hereby via a hypertext link.
Article 10. Jurisdiction clause and applicable law
10.1. When a dispute arises between the Association and the User, the latter undertakes to exhaust all means of amicable resolution before taking legal action.
10.2. Without prejudice to the clauses conferring legal jurisdiction granted to certain categories of persons, the competent court is the Tribunal d’Instance de Tours. The applicable law is French law.
